Chennai’s Vinod Daniel has been conferred the Order of Australia Medal (OAM) in the King’s Birthday Honours.
The honour was announced today.
The Medal of the Order (OAM) is conferred for outstanding achievement and service. It is an honour for outstanding achievement and service. It was established on 14 February 1975 by Elizabeth II, Queen of Australia on, the advice of Australian government replacing British honours.
Vinod Daniel, India Vision Institute’s CEO, earlier won India Australia Business Community Allaince (IABCA) 2023 Social Impact Award. This was the first time that IABCA brought the annual awards event to India. Barry O’Farrell, Australian High Commissioner to India gave the award recently.
