Hyderabad: At last green signal was given by Telangana CM for screen shows in the
State, but with insistence that the guidelines of covid pandemic which were announced by central government shall be followed meticulously. An order to this effect was issued a day after Telugu film bigwigs met CM at Pragati Bhavan. The order will come into immediate effect.
Rules and Regulations
Only 50%seating occupancy of theatre is allowed. Multiplexes also should follow the same guideline which management should ensure that all the staff smembers would be present with masks. Sanitizers should be strictly placed at entrance and exit points of the theatre.
After each show, premises should be sanitised, physical distancing should be maintained, time of intervals of shows should not coincide in multiplexes, and temperatures of AC’s should be maintained around 24 to 30 degree Celsius.

Boons for Industry
Power tariffs waiver for cinema halls including multiplexes, can revise the fare in ticket prices and increase the number of shows per day, State Goods and Service Tax is exempted for movies produced under 10 crore budget.
