Hyderabad: Chiranjeevi said that not everyone in the industry is taking huge remunerations and only four or five are getting the highest remuneration. The mega star appealed to the CMs to take care of the industry’s pros and cons. He felt that he had fallen into the dilemma of whether to make films or not. Chiranjeevi pointed out that not everyone was bothered about the four. He said that heroes and directors should not think that they are earning well and that they should think of making a film in the current situation
Chiranjeevi said he wanted the AP CM to show mercy on the film industry. “We urge the chief ministers of both the states to find solutions to our problems,” Chiranjeevi said. He said governments should support the troubled industry.
Speaking at the Love Story pre-release event at Park Hyatt, Chiranjeevi became a bit emotional talking about the problems of the filmmakers. Bollywood actor Amir Khan and Chiranjeevi graced the pre-release function which was held at Park Hyatt Hotel on Sunday. Directed by Sekhar Kammula,the film will hit the screens on September 24th.
Meanwhile, as per schedule, Chiranjeevi and a few Tollywood big wigs have to meet AP CM Jagan Mohan Reddy on 20th, Monday to discuss the industry problems and new regulations implemented by AP government on tickets sale . But it looks now that schedule has not yet been finalised.
