Hyderabad: It was a moment of pride for Indian pharma when envoys of 60 countries visited Bharat Bio tech on Wednesday. For the first time in India it happened when the delegates after the visit said that India has large manufacturing capacity of global demand.
Dr. Krishna Ella, CMD of Bharat biotech, addressed the delegates making the presentation of Covid 19 vaccine development. He said that 33% of global vaccines are produced in Genome valley of Hyderabad.
Ambassadors of Australia, Denmark hailed the Indian pharma companies and said India is the only country in the world which can meet the demands of every citizen with the qualitative production of medicines.
They appraised India’s work to establish safe and efficacious vaccine for Covid.
Asia, Africa, Europe, Denmark, Australia, Oceania, South America, North America countries are few from where delegates visited Bharat Biotech on Wednesday.
Bharat Biotech is coming up with vaccine ‘Covaxin’ with collaboration of ICMR for Covid 19.
