Hyderabad: Hyderabad is witnessing heavy downfall of rain from past 10 days which is said to be second highest in past 100 years. More than 150 colonies are water logged, nearly 50 people died and many families have been moved to rehabilitation centres by government’s rescue operations.
Roads damaged, houses collapsed, no power and shelter still for many who are looking for a helping hands. Tollywood moved out to support Hyderabad at this tough time with donations to Chief Minister Relief Fund.
Chiranjeevi and Mahesh Babu have announced Rs. 1 crore each while Nagarjuna and NTR came forward with Rs.50 lakhs each and Director Trivikram, actor Vijay Devarakonda donated 10 lakhs each to CMRF. Director Harish Shankar, Anil Ravipudi also gave Rs. 5 lakh each.
