A sort of argument between Chief Minister K Chandrasekhara Rao (KCR) and CLP leader Bhatti Vikramarka at the inauguration of Integrated Collectorate Complex at Khmmam gave rise to a question, “Is Bhatti enemy or opponent to KCR?”
Chief Minister KCR introduced Bhatti to the three chief ministers of Kerala, Delhi and Punjab Pinarai Vijayan, Aravind Kejrival and Bhagavan Singh Mann respectively and CPI national secretary D Raja and Uthar Pradesh former chief minister Akhilesh Yadav. Instead of calling him (Bhatti) as Leader of Opposition, KCR said that ‘he (Bhatti) is my enemy.’ CLP leader smiled and reacted to the word ‘enemy’ explaining to the VVIPs, “I am not CM’s enemy, I am an opponent”. All the VVIPs laughed at Bhatti’s remark. During the inauguration, CLP leader submitted a memorandum to Chief Minister requesting to set up an university in Khammam.
