- The MP getting kudos for his diplomacy
- Striking compromise between Vanama and his co-brother pleased BRS boss
- The Rajya Sabha MP helping BRS candidates in 4 segments

- Is he recognised as real trouble-shooter at the time of crisis?
Fulfilling the task given by the political boss is always good for a leader and there will be dividends to reap. Whatever may the election result in Kothagudem assembly constituency, doing away with long rivalry between BRS MLA Vanama Venkateswara Rao and his co-brother Y Krishna became a big point of discussion there. Vanama Venkateswara Rao and Congress leader Y Krishna had a rivalry for two decades. Krishna joined the Congress after Vanama crossed over to the BRS after getting elected as an MLA from Kothagudem on Congress ticket. Krishna acted as political opponent to Vanama and worked for his defeat. Family disputes turned as political rivalry and it continued for two decades. Such staunch rivals have become affectionate co-brothers now because of Ravi’s ‘raayabaaram’ (diplomacy). He got 30 marks in this task.
Ravichandra and Nama Nageswara Rao welcoming S Chandrasekhar into BRS
Ravichandra was asked to look after Kothagudem and Yellandu and he has no job in Sattupalli and Aswaraopet. Ravi showed his talent to turn former minister and Congress leader S Chandrasekhar and K Manavatharoy, T-Jac leader, in favour of BRS. He also took initiative in getting the Congress leaders into BRS in Aswaraopet segment. He got another twenty marks in the good books of BRS boss. Many of BRS councillors in Yellandu and Kothagudem were planning to join the Congress. The MP swung into action and convened a meeting with them. He found out the reasons for their dissatisfaction and settled it. M Venkat Goud, a mass leader, joined the BRS from Congress.
CM KCR has a word of commendation for Ravichandra
BRS is facing a big problem in Kothagudem and Yellandu segments because of excesses of relatives of two MLAs. Raghavendra, son of Vanama Venkateswara Rao, had a foul image due to his alleged involvement in a family’s suicide case. The MP kept Raghavendra at a distance from the party campaign. BRS leaders were asked to approach him (Ravichandra) to solve any kind of problem.
BRS MLA of Yellandu Haripriya’s spouse Harisingh had bad image due to his arrogance. Ravi asked him not to involve much in the campaign. Because of it, Chief Minister and BRS chief KCR called Ravi a real trouble-shooter. (eom)
