Hyderabad: The Jubilee Hills gang rape case remand report by police on Monday confirms that the accused tried to harass another girl along with the victim. Luck saved the second girl by whisker as the cab came in time and she left the place safely.
Corporator’s son habitual offender
Remand Report reads that “Corporator’s son was the key mastermind in the case. He was earlier known for eve teasing in many areas. Saduddin Malik, son of MIM corporator, allegedly molested two minor girls in two pubs, Amnesia and Insomnia. Two girls came out of the pub together who were followed by Saduddin gang, but one girl took the cab separately and left. Victimised girl, who was standing in front of pub, was trapped by corporator’s son who told the girl that she would be dropped at home. Umer Khan, former MLA’s grandson and three others travelled to a bakery and in the meanwhile the gang sexually assaulted the girl in Benz car. Unable to bear this, the girl tried to leave the bakery. But she was once again picked up in Benz car and driven a short distance. MLA’s son got a phone call and walked out of the car, later the Saduddin started playing filthy tricks claiming that Benz had run out of petrol. Son of Waqf board chairman came in Innova and the girl was then moved to Innova and was taken to an inhospitable area in Banjara Hills and gang raped. The gang came to bakery after the crime and posted a photo on Digi Insta saying they enjoyed the party. The accused went to their houses from bakery and fled from Hyderabad when they came to know that case was registered against them. Suspects had hidden the Innova in waqfboard chairman’s farm house.
Not Five, Six says Opposition
Police have arrested five suspects linked to case, but BJP points out towards another minor and warns police of severe action if they try to save him. BJP leaders strongly confirm that youth abused girl in Benz and released pictures related to the incident involving accused no 6.

Second statement recorded by victim
Police once again recorded statement from the victim in the presence of She team. The girl identified the accused after police had shown the pictures. Police were successful in managing to procure evidence from Innova and Benz car although the accused tried to destroy them by wiping car and seats. Biological fluid, tissue papers, Girls hair, ear rings were collected by forensic clues team and sent to FSL. Police are waiting for report from forensic department to add name of the sixth youth in FIR who is said to be son of an MIM MLA.
