Chennai: Tamil Super Star Rajinikanth came out with a statement after his fans organised a protests urging him to enter into politics. They staged protest in Chennai urging him to rethink on decision of opt out of politics.
Rajinikanth took to Twitter which reads that he is firm on his decision to opt out of politics and requested them not to cause him further pain. I have explained reasons for my inability in detail. I have conveyed my decision. Please don’t pain me again and again asking me to enter politics by organising such events. Rajinikanth said. Some of my fans with expelled cadres of Rajini Makkal Mandram(RMM) have protested in Chennai against my decision of not entering politics. I appeal to everyone not to indulge in such things as it pains me” the Super Star said.
At “Valluvar Kottam’ in Chennai nearly 1000 of his fans demonstrated protest urging him to rethink on his decision on Sunday.
