KCR called me for social Telangana, says Ramana
Hyderabad: Telangana unit TDP President L. Ramana resigned for party and is likely to join TRS in a couple of days. He thanked Naidu for helping him grow in all the 30 years and sent his resignation letter to the supremo. Ramana said that he can reach out different sections of people and serve them better if he joined the ruling party. Ramana worked as a minister in United Andhra Pradesh and won as MP once from Karimnagar. He is a well known BC leader, who met CM K. Chandrasekhar Rao (KCR) on Thursday at Pragati Bhavan along with Minister Erraballi Dayakar Rao.

Ramana is KCR favourite: Erraballi
Minister Errabelli Dayakarao said Ramana, who comes from a weavers’ family, was much needed by the TRS party. “We have done a lot for the weavers community, there is still some work to be done, and that is why KCR invited Ramana to come to TRS. Ramana responded positively to KCR’s call. I and Ramana are well wishers for each other,” Dayakar rao said
Ramana to be TRS candidate for Huzurabad by poll
Ramana had met KCR at Pragati Bhavan on Thursday and talks went on for more than 90 minutes between them. As per internal sources, KCR requested Ramana to contest in Huzurabad bypoll on TRS ticket. CM said he is confident of TRS win in bypoll and if he fails to win, Ramana is offered an MLC post. TRS Supremo wants to field BC candidate on Eatala Rajender, who is also a BC, and for that purpose he chose Ramana from same district, say TRS sources.
