- Minister Malla Reddy occupied 7 acres
- Namasthe Telangana MD also grabbed lands
- Revanth Reddy makes serious allegations
Hyderabad: The land grabbing allegation against Etala Rajender is now shifted and diverted towards Minister K. Taraka Rama Rao (KTR) by opposition parties. Congress MP Revanth Reddy made serious allegations against Ministers KTR, Malla Reddy and CM K. Chandrasekhar Rao himself.
Addressing Press Meet on Monday at Gandhi Bhavan, Revanth Reddy said that land grabbing in Devarayanjal was done by KTR and Namasthe Telangana MD Damodar rao. He also named Malla Reddy in the issue and said the minister constructed farm house in 7 acres of God’s endowment lands. “Shamirpet Mandal comes under my constituency and as an MP I fully demand inquiry into the alleged land grabs by the family members of CM K. Chandrasekhar Rao,” Revanth said.
KCR and KTR have lands in Ramalayam lands and I have the copy of sale deed transferring lands to KTR by his father K. Chandrasekhar Rao. In survey No. 658, Minister Malla Reddy has 7 acres which is illegal and out of 1553 endowment lands, KTR and Damodar Rao have shares, MP Revanth said. In survey No. 437, illegal structures were sold to KTR and each and every transaction should be clarified by CM in survey numbers of Devarayanjal lands from 1925 to 2021, Revanth reddy demanded.
Dharani website is created to target these irregularities as there will be no details in the website on who sold the land. Only the owner’s name will reflect in the Dharani portal. If CM is bold let him disclose the details of Devarayanjal lands, Revanth Reddy said. Etala was targeted and removed from the cabinet in jet speed leaving allegations against other ministers such as KTR and Malla Reddy. Lands which are in the name of god were kept in banks and borrowed crores of rupees as loans. They almost occupied 100 acres and speaking about justice in any kind of matter, I will lodge complaint with CBI and personally request PM Modi and Union Home Minister Amit Shah to look into the matter, Revanth said.
