INCREASE THE SURVIVAL RATE IN COMBATING CORONA

 The following vitamins, minerals and herbs are very useful in not only combating corona but also in the first place not to contract corona virus. Dosages are given as per requirement whether combating corona or using as defense mechanism to prevent corona. All the vitamins are taken with food.

Vitamin A

Getting enough of this vitamin will not only boost your immune system but also effective in repairing lung membrane and greatly strengthens resistance to infections, including sore throat, colds, flu, bronchitis and possibly corona virus.

Dosage

If Corona inflicted

 (Dosage 1)

25000 IU three times a day with food

Not to contract corona

(Dosage 2)

10000 IU once a day:

If pregnant or considering pregnancy don’t exceed 2500 IU a day.

Vitamin C

Besides enhancing immunity vitamin C helps elderly people to fight severe respiratory infections and an effective asthma remedy.

Dosage 1:  2000 mg thrice a day for 5 days.

Dosage 2: 500mg a day

Reduce the dosage if diarrhoea develops. Do not take more than 500mg a day if you have kidney stones, kidney disease or haemochromatosis (vitamin C enhances iron absorption).

Vitamin D

It is important for a healthy immune system, prevention of osteoporosis , helps pancreas to produce insulin and may protect against some types of cancer.

Dosage 1: 1000IU once a day (available as ultra D3)

Dosage 2: 400 IU(10mcg)

Vitamin B6

 It is important for the functioning of the nervous  and immune systems. Helps to relieve asthma attacks. Reduces wheezing.

Dosage 1: 5mg twice daily.

Dosage 2: 3mg a day.

Zinc

Everyone needs zinc, which is essential for enzymes that do everything from manufacturing DNA to healing wounds. It is a crucial component of a strong immune system and it fights the common cold, flu and  other infections.

Zinc treats a wide range of chronic ailments, from rheumatoid arthritis and under active thyroid to fibromyalgia and osteoporosis. May boost fertility.

Dosage 1: 10mg thrice daily

Dosage 2: 10 mg once daily.

Magnesium

The mineral magnesium can prevent asthma attacks by inhibiting the contraction of the bronchial muscles. Lowers high blood pressure. Eases fibromyalgia symptoms. Improves symptoms of premenstrual  syndrome (PMS). Helps to prevent the complications of diabetes.

Dosage 1: 400 mg twice a day

Dosage 2: 200 mg once a day.

Be careful in taking magnesium if you have kidney disease.

Flavonoid quercetin

It has two main effects:

It inhibits the release of histamine (the anti inflammatory effect) and, as an antioxidant,  it neutralises unstable oxygen molecules, which can cause bronchial inflammation.

Dosage 1: 500mg three times a day. Before meals.

Garlic

If you often develop a bacterial infection, such as sinusitis or bronchitis, from a cold or flu, add garlic when you first notice symptoms. It contains compounds that may prevent bacteria from invading tissues.

Dosage  1: 500 mg. three times a day with food.

In order to get required sufficient dosage to a corona inflicted person one should buy the vitamins in medical shops. If anybody is trying as a defensive mechanism not to contract corona, he can get those vitamins and minerals by eating vegetables and fruits daily in sufficient quantities.
